All goods remain the property of Buckle Up Franklin until paid in full.


The privacy of your customer data, orders and credit cards are important to us. We will not disclose or sell your customer data to any third party. We will only send you email newsletters if you explicitly opt in.

Credit card details are not stored anywhere on our servers nor in our premises. Your credit card details are processed in real time by an independent payment gateway authorised by our bank, using secure encryption.

Delivery Times

As we are a mobile business most online orders are shipped direct from the supplier,  we will endevour to have your orders processed within 2 - 4 business day following payment in cleared funds. Payment by online banking/Laybuy cannot be checked until the next business day. We will send you an email notifying you when your order has been shipped. Please allow upto 4 days for delivery domestically and an extra 2 days for rural delivery addresses

Please be aware that over the Holiday period ( Dec/Jan ) that couriers are significantly delayed and this is out of our control. We will do our very best to have your items delivered in a timely matter.


We are closed from 24th December through to the 7th January. During this time no orders will be dispatched. 

We will resume limited hours and dispatch of orders from the 7th January through to the 7th February.

Pre Orders

Due to the nature of Pre Orders these orders are to be paid in full at the time the order is placed. These orders are non refunadable.

Returns Policy

Due to the nature of our items returns are taken on a case by case basis. Please contact us for more information.

We will always honour our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act (1993)
